Living within the grey area between 2D and 3D, Soft Structures explores the visceral parallels between architectural spaces and cloth. These encasements of spatial representations recall the preciousness of museum walls and yet tempt the viewer with texture. Desires of engagement are flared and as a result unspoken rules waver.

Embarking on a new project, an exploration of an end and a rebirth. The inevitable fears of Greenberg and Deleuze’s notions of death coming true at the same time. I feel as though this may be the most important project of mine to date. My mind is flooding with ideas for paintings, sculptures, videos, essays, experiences. There’s so much reading and research to be done.
